Malaria
Uniting efforts in the US and Nigeria to prevent and treat malaria effectively.
Malaria Initiative
OmniKindred Initiative for Malaria Prevention, Community Protection, and Global Health Advancement was created to address the persistent burden of malaria, a preventable and treatable infectious disease that continues to claim hundreds of thousands of lives annually, disproportionately affecting children under five, pregnant women, and vulnerable communities in endemic regions.
Malaria remains one of the most consequential public health challenges in many African countries, including Nigeria.
Despite available interventions, many communities continue to face inadequate prevention resources, delayed treatment, environmental exposure, and healthcare access barriers.
Malaria Initiative exists to advance malaria prevention, education, early intervention, and research collaboration.
